Sadie, check out mydailyplate.com here you can enter your height, age, weight and how much weight you want to lose and it will tell you how many calories you should be eating each day. Also, you can enter what you eat every day and what exercise you do and then it will tell you how many calories you have left. I used to do this every day to help lose weight and it really helped!

For me 2000 is a little high. I would say around 1200 for me is where I go if I'm exercising.

ReplyDelete1200 at minimum - you will lose weight eating 1200 because 2000 is normal intake for not losing weight.
