two pieces of toast with butter
raisin bran for lunch
smoothie
homemade mini pizzas
celery and red peppers with italian dressing

ice cream and like 4 peanut butter oreos (the best invention ever that they don't ever make anymore! they're missing out on a lot of business...)

exercise: 4 miles and two pullups
