breakfast > one pop tart
lunch > animal crackers package, bbq port sandwich, orange
dinner > pasta chicken, roll, green beans
snack > banana

exercise > 120 pacers

    1. At school we have a paver test were we start speed walking from one line to another and stop till the sound track beeps then walk back. Every minute it gets faster. If you don't make it to the line two times in a row you are out. it's complicated to explain!
