Katrina 1/8

breakfast: raisin bran
lunch: veggie-cheese-pesto sandwich & orange
dinner: Italian vegetable soup & 1 peice of bread & crackers
sweet: two oatmeal-chocolate chip cookies

exercise: 3 mile run and 5 pullups

  2. Haha yeah it took a long time of Kyle helping me. I couldn't until a month ago. I can only do three at a time max, so I did three then two a few minutes later. It's so hard! I never thought I'd be able to, but then I put my mind to it and did pushups and assisted pullups whenever I could until I got there!
