Becky

Tuesday 1/8
Breakfast - Kashi cereal (tried it for the first time, pretty good)
Lunch -  banana smoothie, leftover pasta
snack -  3 sees candies
Dinner-  haystack, one muffin, broccoli

Exercise -  45 minutes elliptical, burned 500 calories - so I could eat the sees

    1. Yeah, but it's still small. I guess it's up to your interpretation but I think it's fine because that's still small and you weren't eating sugar all day.
