Yesterday eating:
Breakfast: Lucky Charms
Lunch: A fruit cup, a pudding, and a sandwich
Dinner: Grilled cheese sandwich
Snack: Granola bar.
Today so far I've eaten a muffin. BUT I finally was able to work out. I did an easy 25 min work out on Wii active. I feel accomplished just doing that.
