Sadie 1-10

Food Consumed:
            Breakfast: Dried Fruit
                            Lunch: Half a chicken sandwich, frozen yogurt
                                       Dinner: Beef Jerky
Exercise:
Insanity- Super hard, if you want killer this will do the trick

Treats:
I kind splurged today :/ Reese Candy bar

Good news! I went from 126 to now 121 :D

  4. Yeah, sadie, you still need to eat :) Don't say you need to lose more weight because now we're even, same height, same weight. And I'm skinny, dangit! :) Your BMI is healthy - so you're good to go!
