katrina 1/21

oatmeal squares (my favorite cereal ever)
half a turkey/artichoke sandwich
some chips
brownie
smoothie with spinach
cobbler and ice cream

not a great day for eating, but it was our 18 months anniversary so we decided not to care :)

excercise: 3 miles and 3 pullups and bicycles

  1. I wish my good days were like your "bad" days. You didn't eat very much for a bad day so I'd say you are fine!! Especially with all that exercise!
