diet wrap, handful trailmix, carrots
hamburger, fruit, homemade milkshake made with 1% milk - very healthy
M&M's
Can't seem to get off the chocolate.

30 minutes run
2 minutes stretching

  1. Hey! You got some stretching in :) great improvement. I promise the more you go it the more you'll love it. And it might help you not be so sore after you run.
