Breakfast: Cream of wheat and fruity pebbles
Lunch Hamburger with lettuce, muffin
Dinner; spaghetti meat balls green beans 4 -5 pieces of garlic bread
desert Chewy lip candy's
Snack two cookies
exercise run for ten minutes at really high speed basket ball streching

  1. Hmmm, my suggestion would be to have 2-3 pieces of garlic bread instead of 4-5. That would be better. But I understand. Garlic bread is hard to resist!
